NTPC Vindhyachal Unit 1 OH Mega Pep Talk held on 5th Aug 2022.
in presence of HOP(V), GM(O&M),GM (CNI) GM(MM), GM(VSR), GM (EMD), HODs of MTP, safety and chemistry department and sectional heads of various departments associated in OH.

More than 300 workers were made the various safety precautions using television display with sharing safety observation during OH.

In the occasion senior trainer of NIST Banglore Shri Amir Sohail also addressed gathering to motivate and encouragement given to build safety as culture.

Safety pledge was given by HOP (V). In his address he told to practice safety at workplace with all PPE. On the gathering also he asked to celebrate 75th Anniversary of our independent India with enthusiasm. Asked to follow *" Har Ghar Tiranga "* and feeling proud to be citizen of this great nation.

Gathering was also addressed by GM(O&M) and all other GM present to follow safety rule to ensure incident free OH.

Surprise questions were asked and also Prizes were distributed to safety concious workers.
Food packets were served for the workers.
